Joey Beltran was set to fight Chad Corvin, however after Corvin’s paperwork was not approved by the Quebec Athletic Commission, Beltran will now face Tim Hague.
Nick Catone was forced out of his bout with John Salter due to a back injury. UFC veteran David Loiseau was supposed to step in as his replacement, but Loiseau was denied a license to appear on this card due to alleged ties to organized crime. Salter is now scheduled to face returning UFC fighter Jason MacDonald. Loiseau will still make his return to the UFC facing Mario Miranda at UFC 115.
According to UFC President Dana White, the winner of the Josh Koscheck-Paul Daley fight will receive a title shot at Georges St. Pierre for the UFC Welterweight Championship and be the opposing coach to St. Pierre in the upcoming twelfth season of the UFC reality TV show, The Ultimate Fighter.

TNA Lockdown 2010 is a planned professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion. A tradition of the series is that all encounters take place inside a steel cage which will be continued. On January 17, 2010 at their Genesis PPV event, TNA discontinued the usage of their normal six sided ring, with a four sided ring being chosen instead. It will be the first Lockdown to feature the traditional 4 sided cage that has been used on Impact once and in Lockdown promos.
Lockdown will feature an undetermined number of professional wrestling matches that will involve different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers will be portrayed as villains, heroes or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that build tension and culminate into a wrestling match or series of matches.
The headline match for the Lockdown event will feature the TNA World Heavyweight Champion A.J. Styles defending his title against D’Angelo Dinero, who, at Against All Odds, won the opportunity to challenge for the title.
UFC 112 Live Stream: Invincible is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on April 10, 2010 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Due to the time zone difference in Abu Dhabi, UFC 112 will be shown live on PPV in the United States at 1PM ET (10AM PT), with a replay at the regular time of 10PM ET (7PM PT).
Vitor Belfort was expected to fight Anderson Silva for the Middleweight Championship, however Belfort injured his shoulder during training and will be unable to fight at the event. It was possible that Silva would fight Chael Sonnen, but he couldn’t fight due to a large cut suffered at UFC 109. Silva is now scheduled to fight Demian Maia. UFC 112 will be the first UFC event to be held in an outdoor arena.

UFC 111: St-Pierre vs Hardy is an anticipated mma event to be taken by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on March 27, 2010 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, United States.
The UFC Primetime series will return to build up the UFC Welterweight Championship fight between Georges St-Pierre and Dan Hardy. It will be the first time a British fighter has ever fought for a UFC title.
Martin Kampmann was originally set to fight Ben Saunders, but Kampmann was replaced by Jake Ellenberger due to a deep cut suffered in training by Kampmann.
Ricardo Funch was forced to pull out of a fight against Matthew Riddle for an undisclosed reason. UFC rookie Greg Soto was named as his substitute.
Spike TV will be be announcing two live preliminary bouts one hour before the PPV broadcast begins. The fights confirmed for this portion of the card are Nate Diaz vs. Rory Markham and Ricardo Almeida vs. Matt Brown
This event will be seen in movie theaters throughout the United States via National CineMedia’s Fathom event distribution service. Also, it will play at the Cineplex Odeon chain in Canada.
On March 10, 2010 it was announced that the event was officially sold out.
There was also some fuss that the UFC airbrushed Hardy’s tattoo which reads “om mani padme hum” for their promotional poster. UFC president Dana White later admitted that this was done so as to not provoke the Chinese goverment.
On March 25, 2010 Thiago Alves was removed from the card due to brain irregularity from a pre-fight CAT scan. After learning of the removal, Ben Saunders, who was scheduled to fight Jake Ellenberger, requested Alves’s opponent, Jon Fitch, replace Ellenberger on the card. As a result, Ellenberger will not compete but was promised his “show” and “win” money to make up for the last minute switch.
